Download the from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the BaseUp app and navigate through the introduction or select Login:
Select either Australia or United States depending on where you're located and select Sign In. By logging into BaseUp, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for the app.
You'll be presented with a login window in your browser. Enter your work email address and select sign in:
You'll then either be sent a one-time-password to your email address, or asked to complete the login with Single Sign On (SSO) based on your company. If you've been sent the code, enter it and press Complete Sign In. Do not share your login code with anyone else.
If you're having trouble logging in:
Try and login to the Web portal at https://web.baseup.com.au (Australia) or https://web.baseup.com (United States) from your phone's web browser.
If you're getting an error during the Single Sign On (SSO) process, please contact your company's IT department.
You can also try and clear your login cache by opening https://auth.baseup.com.au/oauth/session/end (Australia) or https://auth.baseup.com/oauth/session/end (United States).
