BaseUp's cancellation and refund policy

Bookings can only be canceled prior to their start time. To receive a refund for your parking fee, please cancel your booking on the day before.

You will automatically receive a refund when canceling your booking. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the funds to reach you.

When trying to cancel a paid booking after the start time, you will receive the below error. โ€‹If you have an 'All Day' booking, your booking will start at midnight.
