If you need urgent assistance on-site, the Get Help feature in the Access tab can help out. BaseUp support can't provide assistance with on-site issues.
To start, select the Get Help button at the bottom of the Access tab:
You will be presented with a menu based on the type of support you need:
Access Problem
If you select "I can't enter or exit the car park" you'll be presented with a menu to activate the gate as a backup, or directed to contact the on-site team. This will be recorded in BaseUp's backend as an Access Incident for review by the parking team.
Once you tap to open, the gate will automatically open. Please contact the on-site team if you need further assistance.
Space Taken
If you select "Another vehicle is in my space", you'll be able to provide the registration of the vehicle blocking you. We'll automatically find you a new space to park in or provide further instruction.
On Site Support
If you request "Another urgent issue" you'll be provided a phone number to contact for immediate on-site support:
