Qantas Admin Dashboard Guide
This article provides BaseUp with instructions on how to update Qantas configuration. It is an add on to the original Qantas Admin article, and includes instructions on changes that only BaseUp can action.
1.How to add a new Qantas bay on Platform Admin?
Follow the normal steps to create a new bay.
Make sure the bay is categorised as Truck (if its a car bay) and has 2.5m of clearance.
For Yard, Campus and QCB.B2 buildings call it 'Any Bay'.
For Park on King, call it 'Any Qantas Bay'
The AREA configuration is really important, please ensure you have added the new bay to the relevant area (they are set based on each building).
There is an area called Genetec area with 0 bays. Please DO NOT make any changes to this area as it will impact the integration and create a massive impact on access issues.
11. What happens if driver arrive at the car park after 11 PM at POK (King street)
Drivers should not be parking overnight or entering at after 11pm to Park on King
