All Tickets Report

The All Tickets Report allows users to search, filter, and review individual tickets across the platform. This report provides detailed visibility into ticket activity and helps teams track issues over a specific time period.

Searching Tickets by Date Range

You can use the report to review tickets within a selected date range. This allows users to analyze ticket activity during a specific timeframe, such as a week, month, or reporting period.

Filtering by date helps teams review historical issues, identify trends, and track operational performance.

Using Report Filters

To narrow down results, several filters are available. You can filter tickets by:

  • State

  • City

  • Garage

  • System

  • Contact List

  • Asset Type

  • Schedule

These filters make it easier to locate specific tickets or review activity within a particular location, system, or maintenance schedule.
