You can cancel your booking via the app any time before your booking start time to receive a refund.
If you cancel your booking more than 5 business days after creating it but before it starts, you will receive a refund within 7–10 business days.
If you cancel your booking within 5 business days of creating it, you won’t be charged, provided the cancellation happens before your booking starts.
