Important: Car Park Guidelines
Our security team monitors the car park 24/7 to ensure safe use and compliance with guidelines. Any misuse or unsafe driving is automatically reported.
To help keep our car parks safe and fair for everyone, please adhere to these guidelines at all times:
Drive safely – follow the speed limit.
Park properly – only use your assigned bay.
Cancel if not needed – release your booking if you’re not using it.
A three-strike policy* applies for repeated misuse. If you receive three strikes, your car park access will be revoked for a period of time.
Parking outside of 7 am and 7 pm M-F requires you to have 24 h access on your user profile, please apply for this access via MyID.
Pay-Per-Use (PPU) parking – A flexible option
Use the PPU parking option to self-manage your car parking needs.
Book your parking in advance
Update and cancel your bookings - bookings can only be cancelled on the day before without penalty or incurring a parking fee

Weekday and weekend parking available
Use the BaseUp app on your phone to manage your PPU car parking
Important note: Cancel your booking the day before to receive a refund.
Permanent parking – Salary Sacrifice
Available as a full-time parking arrangement
A dedicated parking bay is allocated
Charges are managed by payroll and deducted from the individual’s fortnightly pay cycle, pre-tax
An additional driver may be nominated to share the parking bay, however deductions cannot be split

Colleagues can apply for Salary Sacrifice parking at our commercial buildings. To register your interest, complete this form and send it to [email protected]. We will process your request and notify you of the outcome. This process can take up to 21 business days to complete. If you are not successful, we have other parking options available - see below.
Permanent parking – Business Unit Funded
Executive approval is required, send an email confirmation along with your EOI form
If you believe that this option may apply to you, first speak to your People Leader to confirm, then complete this form and send it to [email protected]. We will process your request and notify you of the outcome. This process can take up to 21 business days to complete. If you are not successful, we have other parking options available - see below.
Note: The approval process for permanent parking options takes into consideration the demand for parking at each site, and the distribution of permanent and PPU allocations. Not all requests will be successful. Executive approval is required for all Business Unit Funded car parking requests.
