Introduction
The management portal gives you access to the tools to need to operate and configure BaseUp.
Depending on your permissions and the configuration for your organisation, some views and features may be hidden or disabled. Please reach out to us if you're interested in adding them to your portal.
Key Areas
The functionality in the management portal is grouped into:
Operations - Daily parking tasks and monitoring
Tickets - Manage PARCS repairs and maitenance
Reports - Data analytics and exports
Configuration - System setup and policies
Admin - User management and organization settings
You can navigate between these using the Sidebar menu on the left hand side. Click the arrow at the bottom to collapse or expand the sidebar.
Each page will show:
Page title and navigation breadcrumbs
Filter and search controls
Data tables with sorting and export options
Action buttons for common tasks
Working with Tables
Most pages use data tables with these features:
Sorting and Filtering
Click column headers to sort data
Use search boxes to find specific records or apply date ranges and site filters
Some tables group related columns together. Click the group header to expand or collapse all columns in that group.
Actions
Click rows to view details
Right-click for quick actions menu
Select multiple rows for bulk operations
In the bottom of the table, use the Export button to download a CSV file of the data, and the refresh button to load the latest data
Mobile Use
The portal works on tablets and phones, but full functionality is designed for desktop screens. On smaller screens, the sidebar automatically collapses.
