Usage Reports Guide

Usage reports are accessible under the Reports tab in the management portal

What it is
Usage reports show how your car parks are being used over time.
They are based on:

  • Booking totals – how many bookings were made

  • Utilisation – how full your car parks were

  • Access events – how often gates were used for entry and exit

  • Revenue – how much money was generated from bookings

You can create reports at different levels:

  • Portfolio level – see data for all your sites together

  • Site level – see data for one specific site

  • Asset group level – filter down to groups of bays (for example: “Visitor Bays”, “Staff Bays”, “EV Bays”), based on how your parking bays have been grouped in BaseUp.

  • Policy level - filter down to parking rules (for example: Tool of trade parking; business unit parking; paid casual parking), based on how your parking policies have been configured in BaseUp.

This helps you understand overall performance, compare sites, and see how different bay groups are being used.
