Open Tickets
Everything open, by type. Imported history gets its own row. Any ticket raised but not yet closed out, meaning not resolved or closed (repairs) or completed or closed (maintenance). Reopened tickets count as open.
Repair Activity
This plot focuses on repair tickets only, no maintenance. Imported repairs are excluded and drawn in grey.
Maintenance Backlog
Maintenance open right now: upcoming, due now, and overdue.
Equipment Health
The share of maintenance checklists completed in the last 30 days that came back clean, with nothing flagged. A checklist passes or fails as a whole. One line needing attention and the whole job isn't clean. Unanswered lines don't count as flags, and neither do issues the technician fixed on the visit.
Repair Performance
How many repairs got done on time, plus how long they took, how old the open ones are, and how fast someone first acts.
Repairs finished in the last 30 days, plus unfinished ones that fell due in that window. A repair is due on its due date, or 30 days after it was raised if none was set. Finishing on the due date counts as on time.
A repair is finished when it's marked Resolved, or closed without being resolved. Reopened repairs count as unfinished again. Response times skip repairs raised in the last 3 days, so every one counted has had a full 72 hours. Imported repairs are excluded.
Maintenance Performance
The share of maintenance due in the last 30 days that was completed within 7 days of its due date. Also shows how early or late completed work landed, and what's overdue right now.
A job is complete when it's marked Completed, or closed without being marked. Reopened jobs count as never completed. A due date covers the whole day.
Equipment Performance
Each equipment and fault pair is its own segment, with the ten costliest named and the rest grouped behind them. The headline is the average repair-days per installed asset.
Location Performance
How much repair each location cost, in repair-days, combining how many things broke and how long each stayed open. The headline is the average location. The maintenance column beside it shows how well each location kept to its schedule.
Lower is better. Locations with fewer than 3 repairs, open or closed, aren't ranked. Totals aren't averaged over the period, so a longer window shows bigger numbers.
How is a ‘repair day’ measured?
One repair open for one day. Ten repair-days could be one repair open for ten days, or ten repairs open for one.
Repairs finished in the last 30 days are measured by median days to fix, and open ones by median age. Totals aren't averaged over the period, so a longer window shows bigger numbers.
Every figure is divided by how many of that equipment are installed today, so 40 lifts with 400 repair-days rank below 2 barriers with 300. Imported repairs are excluded
