Time Tracking Overview

The Time Tracking page provides visibility into how much time has been logged against jobs over a selected date range. This helps administrators monitor work effort, understand resource allocation, and review how time is being spent across different locations and tasks.

Viewing Logged Time

The report displays time entries that have been recorded by technicians as they complete work. These entries allow administrators to track how long specific jobs take and review technician activity.

Time entries can be viewed and grouped by:

  • Job

  • Location

  • Contact

  • Contact List

This flexibility makes it easier to analyze how resources are being used across sites, teams, or types of work.

Understanding Time Entry Details

Each entry in the report provides key details about the recorded work, including:

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • Total Hours Logged

  • The job the time was recorded against

This information provides a clear record of the time spent completing maintenance or repair tasks.

How Time Is Logged

Technicians can record the time they spend on a job directly through the RAMP web app.

Once submitted, these time entries become visible in the web portal, where administrators can review and report on them.
