Managing and Viewing Maintenance Schedules

Once a maintenance schedule has been created, it can be reviewed and updated as required.

You may amend the start and end dates or begin the maintenance cycle when ready.

Amending Schedule Dates

After creating a schedule, you can:

  • Update the Start Date

  • Adjust the End Date

  • Begin the cycle if it has not yet started

Updating the dates allows you to correct timing, align with operational changes, or extend maintenance requirements.

Always review changes carefully to ensure future maintenance cycles generate as expected.

Viewing Maintenance Schedules

To view schedules:

  1. Navigate to the Maintenance tab.

  2. You will see a list of all schedules, including both:

    • Active schedules

    • Inactive schedules

This provides visibility over current and historical maintenance planning.

Viewing an Active Maintenance Schedule

Click into an active schedule to view its full details.

Within the schedule, you can see:

  • The system the schedule applies to

  • The assets included in the schedule

  • The checklists attached to each asset

  • Any budgets configured for each asset

This view provides a complete overview of what work is required, how it should be completed, and any financial allocations associated with it.

Understanding Maintenance Cycles

Each time a schedule reaches its due date based on the configured timing, a maintenance cycle is generated.

The cycle represents a specific instance of the scheduled maintenance and tracks the completion of:

  • Checklist items

  • Asset servicing

  • Budget usage (if applicable)
